I hope you're having a wonderful time! We went canoeing today, my first time this year. Chased a heron and a mama duck with six babies down the river and didn't get rained on - a lovely day. Of course I forgot my camera. Ooof!

I imagine it is all fresh green now. We don't have any tree buds out yet in Ontario, but we're expecting them soon.

Fog isn't fun but the lake does look peaceful ,remote and very quiet.

How beautiful! I'd love to know more about your biodiesel car -- how do you manage long trips such as this one? Do you make your own? And most important -- what knitting did you take?
