Connie and I were talking about superwash wool the other day and she had gotten the same info as Isis Rising. Frankly neither process seems great. The use of chlorine makes me nervous and coating the fibers in a polymer basically is plasticizing the wool. It's a bummer because I totally understand the desirablity of washable wool.


Toby does look very cute and comfortable there!


Thanks for the superwash link - I'll put up with the odd chemical (or 2) if it means no hand-washing!

Love those cable socks.
