It was nice meeting you on Sunday, Maia! I was knitting an Avalanche Vest (available on Ryan's blog) - super easy and it goes fast. I got the yarn from The Yarn Place in Sunnyvale - it's a wool/synthetic blend that's really soft. Don't know the name of it as the label is entirely in Chinese, but Lynn (the owner) has a lot of it at the store in a couple of nice colorways.

Hope I run into you again sometime - and once I get my wheel, don't be surprised if you hear from me. :)

Your Dulaan hats are cool - I'm joining as soon as exams are over! Thanks for the inspiration. x
