Sounds exciting! Hope you have a good time and if you have time, some pictures, please. Some of us - OK, me - don't get to go to such events.

You've been indigo dying? I don't think I'm going to get to go, but I'd love to get my hands on some of that. If you have any leftovers, do you think you might be able to put em up online somehow or email? I'm not sure how soon I'll get to come up again.

I tried your mystery sock twice, once it was too small, and once it was too big. If I could find the right weight yarn, I would try once again in hopes of getting it just right.

I've seen some toes on the internet thought and it looks great! Very intriguing pattern.

Elizabeth

I'll look for you there. I should be going on Saturday!

Ronni

Oooh! Maybe I can actually make it up that far this weekend for the festival. I'd love to be able to visit the Sincere Sheep booth. Because after all, who could resist a name like that?

I'll have to work on conning the family into thinking 300 miles round trip is a fun way to spend the day.

I think you should consider doing more indigo dyeing right before Halloween. Simple costumes are the best after all. But you'll have to get more than just your feet in it.

Marlowe

Hope to see you this weekend. Sorry about missing last Sunday; I was taken out of action by a migraine.

Jamisyn

Oh goodness! Look at those feet!

Ok, a little indigo-stained skin I understand. But feet? FEET? How are feet part of the dyeing process? I just got some materials to dye my own roving. Am I missing an essential step, such as stomping on the wet blue roving as if it's a big ol' pile of grapes? Pray tell... :)

Lisa

Wow that picture scared me at first. I thought someone ran over your feet with a car or something else just as horrifying. Undead from dyeing is way better! Whew!

Denise

I saw the photo before I read the post and thought you'd had some sort of horrible accident! Glad to know it's just indigo!
